Choke Manifold
Choke Manifold is mainly used to control casing pressure, maintain subsurface pressure balance and adjust flow rate and pressure for the purpose of conducting soft shut-in. It also can be used for blowout to protect Wellhead.

Kill Manifold
Kill Manifold is mainly used to pump weighted drilling fluid for balancing bottom-hold pressure, blowout for relieving bottom-hole pressure. It also can be used to inject water for cleaning well or inject other working fluid.
